The WRG consists of four faculty members, eight graduate assistants, and 8 student assistants.  The disciplines covered in the by the group include civil engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, environmental toxicology and land-use management and design.  The research conducted by this group focuses on wastewater treatment, membrane-aerated biological reactors, reactor and system modeling, and the development of models to perform projects in Colonias.
